The focus is to enhance the experience for your customers. Project management....

Delivering to spec, on time, every time is our permanent benchmark and having a world class project management framework is critical to reaching this goal. Our Prince 2 qualified team, responsible for the successful roll out of projects at Toyota and Dupont, go through 5 key phases in every project:

Initiation - creation of a working brief that outlines the project and leads to a full functional specification, terms of reference, objectives and risks. Leading to wireframes of key pages and ultimately full template designs.

Build - development of the site according to plan.

Test - inhouse and client testing which includes usability, accessibility and browser compatibility testing.

Implement - which includes post launch warranty period and 30 & 60 day review to ensure acceptance criteria are met.

Refine - we don't believe web projects end; constant evolution is necessary via multi-variant testing to maintain competitive advantage.
